NAVAIR will host an Industry Day for the MRMUAS Research Support Effort on 07 September 2011. The Industry Day will take place at the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center, 44219 Airport Road, California, Maryland, MD 20619.
Check-In for attendees will be between 08.30 and 09.00. Industry Day will begin at 09.00 and briefings will continue through 12.00. There will be a lunch break between 12.00 and 13.00 but lunch will not be provided as part of Industry Day. One-on-one meetings for potential contractors will be scheduled from 13.00 to 17.00.
This Industry Day will provide an opportunity for Navy leadership to brief industry on this Pre-Milestone A programme, to discuss highlights of the BAA Objectives and Tasks, and to review proposal preparation procedures and the source selection process. A question and answer session will be conducted after the briefings.
One-on-one meetings for potential contractors will be individually scheduled during the one-on-one timeframe. Only those registered participants who attend Industry Day will be eligible to also participate in one-on-one meetings. The Government reserves the right to extend the one-on-one timeframe to allow for additional meetings.
