Spotted in the exhibit booth at AUSA belonging to the Rapid Response/Irregular Warfare Directorate — a division of the Office of The Secretary of Defence — sat a new unmanned aircraft called Remora.
It is in fact a guided bomb, which is designed to be dropped by another tactical UAS. It was part of an OSD-funded demonstration called precision acquisition and weaponised system (PAWS). The Remora appears to be the outcome of this Boeing miniature munition awarded to Boeing in 2009.
