Moller International, Inc. has awarded Space Science Corporation (SSC) a distributorship with exclusive rights in New Mexico following the completion of a market survey at the International Symposium for Personal and Commercial Spaceflight (ISPCS).

“Space Sciences Corporation is a young aggressive firm and their approach to business holds many possibilities for our products,” said Dr. Paul Moller, President and CEO of Moller International. “If the results of our market survey are any indication of future sales, SSC is going to have more business than they can handle.”

Moller International’s research concluded that to proceed with it futurist platform, the technology must be seen as viable today. Viability of products in the marketplace is defined as a purposeful product serving the needs of the potential customer base. Moller’s products have many uses serving military, para-military and retail consumers. And while there has been a reduction of spending across the board, demand in military transportation, homeland security and recreational markets remains strong.

“SSC has been working diligently to address “what’s next for transportation” from a rear view mirror” perspective,” said Dr. Lindsay O’Brien Quarrie, President and CEO of Space Sciences Corporation. “Our niche is space technology and in our estimation, improving transportation issues on Earth using technology developed for space travel seems like a logical solution and using Moller International products as the basis of our offerings helps us to deliver on our “Space on Earth” concept.”

“After our tour of the Moller facility and review of the production schedule, it was clear to me that Moller’s ability to meet our needs exceeded our expectations,” said John D’Alessandro, Technical Programme Manager, Space Science Corporation. “Moving forward, we expect a strong return on our investment and look forward to delivering a quality product.”

At the ISPCS event in New Mexico, Moller International and Space Science Corporation teamed to research the final chapter of the market survey and determined after numerous one on one interviews with potential customers and reporters, that now is the right time to pursue selling the Neuera/HALO series of products.

“After reviewing the survey reports and SSC’s plan for selling our products it was clear they understood their niche market and how to reach their customers,” said Jah Mackey, Marketing Director, Moller International. “I’m very happy to be working with SSC and I’m looking to a long and prosperous relationship.”
