High-end real estate agent Stephen Shapiro, is now using video taken from a small hexrotor unmanned helicopter to sell expensive homes in Southern California. In this tough economic market selling a home formerly owned by a star can even be a tough sell. To the person with $25 million to spend on a house — and perhaps no free time to take an extensive tour — what better way than to view an aerial tour? The drones can sweep in, circle a home, take a 360-degree view and give the potential buyer a spectacular impression of the property.
Photographer Daniel Garate, who learned about the new technology on the Internet, built the aircraft. Using a blueprint, he gathered up various parts to create his drone from near and far, most notably Germany, New Zealand and Australia. He says it took several months, and tens of thousands of dollars, to build and master flying his drone.

Great technology but too bad what he’s doing is illegal. The FAA prohibits using “drones” for commercial activity without a Certificate of Authorization (COA).
Your site is feeding grounds for the FAA to find and restrict these operations.
