t just released this video of the Wasp Micro Air Vehicle (MAV) – a small, portable, reliable, and rugged unmanned aerial platform designed for front-line day/night reconnaissance and surveillance.
Wasp is the result of a multi-year joint development effort between AV and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

At DSEi 2011 I asked Dircter Peter Austerman for pictures of Wasp incl of the controll station.
I am planning to write an article in connection with the FUTURE SOLDIER EXHIBITION & CONFERENCE 2012, Prague. I will be there becuse EUROPEAN MILITARY PRESS ASSOCATION (which I am a meber of) has the yearly congress there then. It was quite interested that the Wasp could land on water and usable for border controll.
