CoG is way too high for this to be safe, as it is on the same plane as the rotors/props. Fan units need to be higher. I bet this wobbles like crazy when running. Doubt if the blades are contra-rotating, and also suspect that this has no steerage/angle of adjustment.
So yes, 173MPH possible at 300 (3000 is pushing it) with the engine turned off. Plunge!
But anyway, being a full size helicopter dude, I’d have a go at flying it.
