Olympics 2012 – UK Media Uptake – CAA Permission or CAA Exemption
This year will see major media companies using light UAS to capture high definition video and stills of the Olympic activities around the UK.  EuroUSC™ has been active in this area for the past twelve months with major projects for a range of Clients including Manufacturers and Operators. As a reminder to potential Operators who would like to undertake filming work of these events they will require as a minimum either a Permission (UAS sub 20Kg) or an Exemption to the ANO (UAS 20 – 150 Kg) together with a BNUC-S™ or BNUC pilot & crew qualification.

Companies who are interested in undertaking this type of work will be able to discuss the Regulatory and Operational requirements with EuroUSC staff at FI-2012
