The new Microdrone md4-3000 was just presented to the public at the IDEX and CeBIT trade shows. More payload and long range without any compromise in terms of dynamics – this along with increased quality in the manufacturing process.
In particular, the new carbon fibre body, which has improved strength properties of the components combined with less weight, creates a new reference standard: md4-3000.
The newly developed motors provide even more power for the md4-3000. The optimized 3-blade rotors with preset-able pitch permit safe operations up to 4000m above “zero”.
The new on-board electronics keeps the situation under control – more precise than ever. For the microdrones own flight- and navigation-controller “mdFNC“ more computing power is available. Not only the new, GPS-based flight functions do benefit from this; the new in-house Real Time Operating System mdOS can now develop its “muscles” freely and thus connects everything to a well-coordinated unit.

Nice! Where can we watch video footage of the vehicle in flight and from an onboard camera?
Anyway, what will it carry as recommended camera? 7D MkII?
Great news for those of us interested in starting Microdrones to service.
