has announced the launch of the Penguin C turnkey unmanned aircraft system, which the company describes as being “a breakthrough product in terms of performance, reliability and cost”.
The aircraft fits under 55 lbs. regulation requirements, equipped with parachute recovery system, the state of art avionics, powerplant and software. It is capable of operating from unimproved terrain, day and night for over 20 hours. The Penguin C is based on proven Penguin B platform, which has been sold to customers in 20 countries and has demonstrated a 54.5 hour world record flight in 2012.
Turnkey system consists of two unmanned aircraft sytems (UAS), one ground control station (GCS), one ground data terminal (GDT), pneumatic launcher and ground support equipment
The Penguin C is available with EO/IR gyro stabilized gimbal payloads. The payload is automatically retracted into fuselage during takeoff or landing. Penguin C is also available without the payload in order to allow customer-specific integration.

This is in every way one great option. Inter Rep is in Colombia and we are working towards getting our license to operate UAVs in the country (it would be first for commercial services).
We would like to know terms of access, requirements and any other, and prices if this C version.
