RPAS CivOps 2015
will take place in Brussels, Belgium on 2 & 3 December 2015. It has as purpose to inform the Civil Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems Operators Community on the upcoming regulatory changes in Europe, and is being coordinated with the European Parliament & the European Commission.

All RPAS-related regulatory actions and many RPAS-related undertakings planned & financed by the European Commission for 2016 and beyond will be presented.
Presentations by the following members of the “Conseil du Drone Civil” will put a focus on France (the country with the largest amount of certificated RPAS operators in Europe):

– ENGIE (utility company – electricity & gas)

– Ministry of Defence
These presentations will explain (in English) the coordinated French national approach to promoting the RPAS market, improving safety & security, and advancing RPAS-related technology.
