Hi Mark, as a fellow Hokie (class of ’84) and passionate about Virginia, have you spoken with or considered Insitu? I work for Insitu, exclusively overseas, but could easily connect with our US (domestic) guys currently working on several projects with oil/gas, power and various agricultural surveys, the FAA for Part 107, Coast Guard, DHS, fishing industry and firefighting assistance for Dept of Interior. A conversation would be very eye-opening for your initiatives I am sure.
