UVS International & the International Emergency Drone Organisation (IEDO) are pleased to announce that they have entered into a partnership, federating the expertise of both organisations for the benefit of the members of these two non-profit associations.
Within the context of the implementation of the new drone regulation in the European Union (EU), there is a substantial challenge to harmonize the national approaches in all EU countries, which UVS International is addressing with its Drone REGIM initiative. IEDO has also become an active participant in Drone REGIM.
The UVS International-IEDO partnership brings together drone regulatory expertise and emergency drone operational experience with the intent to support law makers to define the best possible drone regulation for drone operations during disasters and crisis.
