After a long period of development, Instrument Control, Sweden, has announced that its brand new NATO STANAG 4586 compliant autopilot, EasyPilot 3.0, is now available.

The new EasyPilot 3.0, with its high performance and low weight, will help us reach out to all fixed wing UAS manufacturers who are looking for a cost effective, customizable, but yet powerful autopilot solution.” says Paul Holmstedt, CEO at Instrument Control Sweden AB.
Fitted with the latest MEMS sensor technology, the company can now provide an autopilot solution which is at the top end of the miniature autopilot market. With a weight of only 28 gram, including an integrated low latency GPS, and a size of only 80 x 52.5 x 17 mm it is breaking new ground. With the optional plug-in long range modem (up to 50 km LOS) you have a complete solution weighing only 46 grams. It comes with native support for unlimited waypoint navigation, emergency management and georeferenced sensor control etc..
Instrument Control also offers an Autopilot Developers Kit for customizing the flight control algorithms, as well as extend the support for 3rd party payloads. Future development include: support for triple redundancy as well as support for VTOL and Quadcopter unmanned aircraft.
