Lockheed Martin has posted this video of its five pound Indago UAS, which can serve law enforcement, agriculture, disaster relief and military markets.
The vertical takeoff and lift (VTOL) quadrotor aircraft features an extended hover, perch and stare capability that provides aerial reconnaissance and increased situational awareness.

Considering the real world life saving capabilities, it is no longer a case of justifying the use and cost of UAV’s. Now it would be difficult to justify not using them.
I wonder who will be the first to take legal action and claim negligence for not deploying drones?
