Controp has added a new product which was recently developed : the new M-STAMP – a multi sensor electro-optical / infrared payload for small UAS.
Due to the fact that SUAS manufacturers are now developing small UAS platforms that can stay airborne for longer – even 5 or 6 hours – there was a new requirement for a high quality stabilized picture that could come from an easy-to-operate lightweight multi sensor payload which is dedicated for longer flights on SUAS (small UAS) and can cross over from day-to-night or vice-versa.
With the new M-STAMP now there’s no need to change payloads when transitioning from daytime to nighttime (not to mention the sensitivities of “twilight” time). It includes a Day Camera, an Uncooled Dual FOV TI camera and a Laser Pointer all in a compact payload weighing less than 1.2kg.
Controp introduced the concept that there needn’t be such a vast tradeoff between size/weight and quality of image. With the right electro-optical / infrared precision technology – developed by Controp – one could get a clear and stabilized image from an easy to operate low cost / low weight payload.
About 5 years ago, Controp came out with the STAMP – small gyro-stabilized miniature payloads specially designed for SUAVs. The first stage was the D-STAMP with a day camera. Then the company came out with the U-STAMP with an uncooled IR camera (with a fixed or dual field-of-view or a continuous zoom lens). All weighing in the range of +/- only 1kg.
Lately, Controp introduced the STAMP-HD. This is the first High Definition HD gyro stabilized camera for small UAS. The day camera requires even finer stabilization of the payload – and provides a super high quality stabilized HD color image from aboard a small UAS.
The new HD STAMP provides new opportunities for SUAS, including surveying of power lines and other requirements where a high definition image is required. And one step further – the D-STAMP day camera is now available with the new Scanning Mode operation.
All of these STAMP products are operationally proven. Controp has been a sole source supplier for critical SUAS programms such as the prestigious Israel MOD Sky Rider program.
The new T-STAMP and the new TD-STAMP, triple sensor payloads for SUAS:
A new member to the Controp family of STAMP Stabilized Miniature Payloads is the T-STAMP Triple Sensor Stabilized Payload. The T-STAMP includes day/night observation cameras and a Laser Pointer, all packed in a less than 3kg fully gyro stabilized electro-optical / infrared payload.
The thermal camera is available either cooled or uncooled, yet both options have the unique Continuous Optical Zoom lens, like most of Controp’s thermal imaging cameras. The T-STAMP is ideal for airborne applications on board of SUAS, aerostats and other small platforms.
The system is available with INS/GPS providing inertial target tracking mode, point-to-coordinates mode, hold-coordinates mode, scan mosaic mode and more. Soon to be available will be the unique state-of-the-art lightweight new TD-STAMP – an EO/IR payload including a Laser Designator weighing only 5kg – ideal for military VTOL operations providing a superior quality gyro-stabilized image.
The new TD-STAMP fills what was previously a critical technological gap – now providing a lightweight payload with a Laser Designator for operational capabilities which are appropriate for small UAS and VTOLs.

me interesa la camara ya que hacemos inspecciones aereas en ultraligeros que precio tiene y si se pudieran ensamblar en uno de estos aviones
