New York Man Pleads Guilty to Conspiracy to Unlawfully Export Dual-Use Electronics Used in Russian Military Drones

Nikolay Grigorev, 36, of Brooklyn, pleaded guilty on April 30 to conspiring to defraud the United States for his role in an illicit export control scheme to ship electronic components from the United States to companies affiliated with the Russian military. Houthis Shoot Down Third MQ-9 – Five Now Lost to Hostile Fire in Just Over a Year

Houthi rebels claim to have shot down an MQ-9 drone over Yemen on April 25, releasing nighttime intercept footage and daytime video of what appears to be MQ-9 wreckage. A drone that paints over graffiti has been launched in Washington state under a new pilot program, the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) announced.
